About the owner

Born and raised in Denver, I’ve always had a strong connection to the people, neighborhoods, and communities that make this city special. Chestnut Cellars is a natural extension of that connection — and of my love for bringing people together.

My professional background is in marketing and communications, where I’ve spent my career helping organizations tell their stories, build communities, and connect with people in meaningful ways. Outside of work, I’ve also been deeply involved in nonprofit sports, particularly bowling, where I’ve had the opportunity to help organize events and create experiences that bring people from across the country together.

Wine and spirits became another way for me to explore that same passion for people and connection. I love discovering interesting bottles, learning the stories behind the producers who make them, and sharing those discoveries with others.

That philosophy is at the heart of Chestnut Cellars. I’ve created a neighborhood shop focused on thoughtfully selected wines, whiskey, local spirits, and other great finds — with an emphasis on small producers, Colorado makers, and bottles that are worth talking about.

Whether you’re a longtime enthusiast or simply looking for something new to try, my goal is to make Chestnut Cellars a place where you feel welcome, find something you love, and maybe discover your next favorite bottle.
